British wildlife, woodland ecology, and traditional folklore shape each Guardian, grounding the mythic elements in a living, recognisable landscape.
 This connection to place is central to my work as a British wildlife artist: each drawing begins with time spent in the woods, observing light, movement, and the quiet presence of the animals who call this forest home.
