All artworks, images, and visual materials on this site are protected under UK copyright law. Purchasing a print or original does not grant reproduction, distribution, or commercial usage rights. The names, concepts, and narrative elements of The Woodland Realm, The Land Atwixt Two Rivers, and all associated lore—including characters, maps, rituals, and mythic structures—are original intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to: - The four foxes of the Compass - Realm Keeper rituals and onboarding cadence - Seasonal drops, sacred orders, and ecological guardianship - Visual motifs, naming conventions, and narrative cadence - The sacred orders: - Guardians of the Woodland Realm - Protectors of the Brambled Hedgerows - Keepers of the Ancient Skies - Wardens of the Riverways These elements are protected under UK intellectual property law and international copyright treaties. Any reproduction, adaptation, or use—whether in print, digital, merchandise, or derivative works—without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and will be legally pursued.
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges upon delivery. These are not included in the purchase price and vary by country.
Due to the nature of art prints and original works, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if an item arrives damaged. If this occurs, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item.
Each order is packed with care and may take several days to process before dispatch. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to postal services or customs. I am not responsible for delays once the item has shipped.
Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration and print process variations. Every effort is made to ensure faithful reproduction
All purchases are for personal enjoyment. Commercial use, resale, or reproduction in any form—digital or physical—is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Select artworks may be available for licensing under written agreement. Licensing grants limited rights for specific uses and does not transfer copyright or ownership.
All licensing requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval. If granted, a formal licensing agreement will outline:
- Scope of use (e.g., editorial, educational, merchandise, digital media)
- Duration and territory
- Attribution requirements
- Fees and payment terms
- Restrictions on modification, resale, or derivative works
Licensing does not include:
- Rights to use narrative elements, characters, or lore from The Woodland Realm, The Land Atwixt Two Rivers, or its sacred orders (including Guardians of the Woodland Realm, Protectors of the Brambled Hedgerows, Keepers of the Ancient Skies, and Wardens of the Riverways) unless explicitly stated.
Unauthorized use outside the scope of a licensing agreement is a breach of copyright and will be legally pursued.
