The Foxes Belong to a Bigger Story
I’m Karie-Ann Cooper, a British wildlife artist working in soft pastel.
The four foxes in your guide are part of The Woodland Realm — a growing collection of British wildlife artwork, stories and places inspired by the landscape around my home in the Forest of Dean.
The foxes came first. As the collection grows they are joined by badgers, woodland birds, river creatures and other British wildlife, with each new artwork revealing another part of the wider Realm.
You don’t need to know anything about the Woodland Realm to enjoy the guide. The foxes are simply where the story begins.
