My boar are on the shelf, I was becoming very annoyed with how long they were taking, but they will reappear very shortly.
In the meantime, this is something I have mentioned before but never had the time to get up and running. This lynx is to be my first wildlife art lynx pastel tutorial and it has surprisingly taken a bit of brain power to work out how I want to do it!
I am offering one of my pastel tutorials to a lucky winner every time one is released, all you have to do to enter is follow my blog and if you buy it in the meantime, you will be refunded in full if you are the winner!
Each pastel tutorial can be downloaded so you can work on it at your own pace and they are suitable for everyone, you don’t need to have any experience of using pastels to follow these download art tutorials. I have made them very simple to follow with many many step by step instructions and photos. Each tutorial will list all the materials used, a line drawing for you to use for your outlines and hints about using pastels to create blended backgrounds, fur and realistic eyes. All in all, a bargain!
Don’t forget, if you know of someone else who may like to learn how to use pastels, just share this post with them.
All that remains is for me to take plenty more notes and photos but I expect it all to be up and running very shortly!
Just in case you feel you are lacking in wild boar, here are some more I fell over today in the woods!
