Gift certficates for portraits in pencil are a wonderful way of presenting a gift to loved one if you do not have the ideal image to hand. The gift certificate allows the receiver to choose their own favourite image or photograph so the pencil portraits from photos are exactly as they want them.
1. To Purchase a Certificate
To order a gift certificate, simply choose the value you wish to purchase, see Price/Size/Medium page to help you decide simply Buy Portraits in Pencil Certificate on the same page or above and you will be invoiced via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account for this service). If you are in the UK and wish to pay with a personal cheque or postal order please contact me at pencil portraits from photos first for the transaction to be completed by post. After purchasing a gift certificate there are no additional costs to the receiver (postage and mounting is free for UK delivery addresses, for non UK delivery address there may be a charge so contact me for details) unless they wish to upgrade.
2. To redeem you Certificate
To redeem your certificate, choose which size and medium you require (see Price/Size/Medium page to see which portraits you are entitled to as they are interchangeable) then simply post the certificate to me along with your chosen image, see Portraits in Pencil Photography Tips to ensure your chosen image is suitable (or email the certificate reference number with jpegs, bitmaps, gifs.) If you are sending multiple images please mark your chosen image as such.
3. To Upgrade to a Larger Portrait or Change Medium
If an upgrade is required simply contact me and I will invoice the difference via Paypal or you can send a cheque/postal order (UK only)
4. Portraits in Pencil Creation
Once your certificate details and images are received I will begin work on your portrait. You will be able to view it as 'work in progress' on my Pencil Portraits from photos Progress page or more frequently on my blog and you will be able to leave feedback as work continues ensuring your portrait is exactly as you want it. If you do not want this service simply let me know but it is most helpful to purchasers. Once you are happy with the finished portrait it will be mounted and posted (UK only) to reach you in perfect condition. If you are from outside the UK please contact me first for postal charges. |
