This is what his owner has to say....

His name is Casper and he's convinced he's a lap dog despite being larger than your average labrador. He's a bit unusual for a samoyed in that he's biscuit and cream and has loads of soft fluffy fur. Casper is such a people's dog and always has a smile for everyone (especially those voting for him!)
